Chef Atsushi Takatsuki has created a unique Salmon bento specific for the Gardena Buddhist Church.   The salmon and rice will be accompanied by a selection of freshly prepared seasonal side dishes selected from the farmers market 

The Bento will be made to order at the Painter's Tape restaurant for you to pickup.  Please select the quantity of bento and preferred date and time you would like to pick up your bento at Painters Tape; located at 1725 Redondo  Beach Blvd (across from Gardena Nissan). Once you have completed your order, you will receive a ticket (PDF format) via email with the date / time of your pickup.  This ticket should be presented when you arrive at the restaurant.   PreOrder will close on Sunday, November 21st.  

About the Chef:   "Gardena is where the heart calls home. It’s where I grew up and where I want to contribute.  The location of this restaurant has been 15 years in the making.  It is a culmination of my career that began in Northern California, France, New York and then Los Angeles.  It’s also a story of travels through Asia and weekends in Mexico. Gardena is a city that has been good to my family for 3 generations and I have a desire to give back and hopefully make it even better."
